Participation Procedure
All applicants are requested to fill in the Application
Form in detail with authorized signature and company seal,
and then mail or fax the completed form to the Organizing
Committee.
The full rental payment should be remitted to the designated
bank account prior to the stated deadline followed by a
facsimile copy of the payment advice for records.
The exact exhibition space will be officially reserved
upon receipt of payment and subject to available space and
the exhibits’ types based on the principle of “first
come, first served”.
Please note that 50% of the rental shall be remitted to
the following bank account as your deposit before Nov. 30,
2004, and the balance due before March 31, 2005.
